Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Starluxe Tech collects through starluxe.tech, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 11 October 2026.

Who we are

Starluxe Tech is an analytics engineering agency based in India. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at growth@starluxe.tech.

What we collect

  • Contact and intake forms: your name, work email, company, website and the project details you choose to share.
  • Free tools and the growth quiz: the container ID, Measurement ID, website or app ID you enter, your quiz answers, and your email address if you ask us to send results, fixes or change alerts.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Analytics: if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. Until you choose, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied.
  • Stored on your device: your cookie choices, theme and tool progress are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and deliver the audit, report or alert you asked for (performing a request you made).
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (your consent to analytics cookies).

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal effects.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • MongoDB Atlas (database for enquiries, leads and subscriptions)
  • Resend (sending email)
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Fonts)

Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and leads are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for the retention period configured in Google Analytics (at most 14 months).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email growth@starluxe.tech and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
